SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order ship? We try our best to ship all orders within 5-10 business days of the purchase date. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the services within your area. Generally, items shipping to Canada and the US arrive within 1-2 weeks after shipping. We use Canada Post to ship within Canada and USPS to ship to the US. All of our packages are insured, so please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if your items arrive damaged.

I chose local pickup. When will my order be ready and how do I get it? If you chose local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email once your items are ready to be picked up. The email will contain detailed instructions for pickup location and times. Pickups are usually ready within 5 business days of purchase.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, as of right now we do ship internationally, however, due to COVID-19, there are major delays with overseas shipping and your order could take up to 75 business days to arrive. International purchasers are responsible for any additional shipment fees such as duties and taxes.

I purchased multiple items. Can you combine shipping for all of them? We will ship items together whenever we can, however, some items, especially larger pieces, cannot be shipped together at the risk of damage. We will refund any shipping overages once your items have been shipped, but please keep in mind when purchasing that your items may have to be shipped separately.

What is your return policy? We typically do not accept returns unless the wrong item is received. Due to the items being made by hand, each piece is slightly different in shape, size and colour and may show the marks of the makers hands or have minor imperfections. These irregularities are left with intention. Please keep this in mind when purchasing a TWC piece and always read the description of the item fully and carefully before making your purchase.


CARE

How do I care for my TWC pieces? All of our food ware is made to be food safe. Although most of our items are made to be used every day, they do require more care than factory made items. Ceramic is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is highly recommended to help extend the life of your pieces. Larger items such as pitchers, large bowls and vases should not be put in the dishwasher as they risk being broken or chipped.

Our pieces are microwave friendly, although you should try not to overheat them. Take care to never ‘shock’ your handmade items by adding cold liquid to a hot mug or putting a cold dish directly into the oven or microwave. Any items decorated with gold luster, metal or wooden accents should never go in the microwave or dishwasher.


OTHER FAQ

There are not items showing in your shop or everything says “sold out.” How do I make a purchase? We usually do our product drops every 4-8 weeks. The date and time of the restock will be announced on our Instagram. Items tend to sell quickly so act fast! We are not currently accepting custom orders.

This item sold out before I was able to purchase it. Will you will you be making more? When? We tend to cycle through our designs and have some that we make consistently, but we like to have the freedom to create what we want and not be tied to making the same items all the time. If an item is sold out, we will most likely have more of the same thing or something similar within the next few updates, but cannot guarantee a time frame of when we’ll be making more.
